There’s always a great program, event, or bit of news happening at Iowa’s Animal Rescue League- here’s a taste of what’s happening this week, April 18, 2016.

THIS WEEK

THURSDAY: Volunteer Orientation (Noon & 5 p.m.)

SATURDAY: Puppy Play GroupsHelp a Horse DayPetcasso: Wine & Paint

 

UPCOMING EVENTS

Dog Jog & Fido Fest (May 14) – Join us downtown on May 14 for this 5k fun run/walk presented by Anderson Animal Hospital! Bring your dog or sign up with your friends for this fun event that benefits the homeless pets at the ARL!

 

FEATURE

Tales with Tails – This summer mark your calendar to attend our monthly Tales with Tails story time! Children, age 2 and up, along with their parents, are invited to ARL Main to hear a picture book read aloud by one of our humane educators followed by a craft and special time with an animal. There is no cost to attend but please RSVP.
